Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
Tumi123 reserves the right to decline any registration application from any individual without providing a reason. tumi123's decision in this matter is final.
3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

- Prior to processing a member's first withdrawal, tumi123 reserves the right to request full identity verification (KYC).
- Withdrawal processing times range from 5 to 15 minutes for standard transactions, subject to routine security checks that may take longer.
- Withdrawals involving bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fully satisfied.
Important Notice
tumi123 does not cover any third-party processing fees that may be charged by your e-wallet provider or bank. Please check your payment provider's fee policy before making a transaction.
4Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements
Tumi123 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to active members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms, as well as the following general conditions:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise.
- The RM100 welcome bonus is available exclusively to newly registered members making their first deposit on tumi123.
- All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly displayed in the terms of each promotion.
- Tumi123 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
- Bonus funds may only be used on the game types specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Certain games may not be eligible to contribute towards rollover requirements.
- Tumi123 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from any member at its sole discretion.

Any attempt to manipulate the tumi123 bonus system — including but not limited to pooling funds across multiple accounts, using automated software or bots, or fraudulently claiming bonuses through identity deception — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances including winnings.
5Game Rules & Results
All games on the tumi123 platform — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, E-Sports, and Lottery — are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules set by their respective game providers.
- Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and not subject to appeal.
- For Sports Betting and e-sports, results determined by tumi123 based on official news sources or the event organiser's official results are final.
- In the event of a technical interruption during an active game, tumi123 reserves the right to cancel or continue the round in question in accordance with standard operating procedures. Any wagers involved will be returned to the member's balance in the event of cancellation.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by members once a game has started.
- Sports Betting odds are dynamic and may change up until a bet is locked in. tumi123 is not responsible for any odds movement between the time a member places a bet and the time it is confirmed by the system.
For Live Casino games, the result announced by the dealer is final, subject to footage review in the event of a valid dispute. Any dispute regarding a Live Casino game result must be reported to the tumi123 support team within 24 hours of the incident.
6Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities
As a tumi123 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to abide by all rules set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to access or play on the tumi123 platform.

10Account Termination & Suspension
Tumi123 reserves the right to suspend, close, or terminate any member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or at tumi123's sole discretion.
- In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited.
- Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Members may close their account at any time by contacting the tumi123 support team. Please ensure all eligible winnings are withdrawn before submitting a closure request.
- Tumi123's decision to close or suspend an account is final within the context of tumi123's operational policies.
